We can help with all things tech. Simply let one of our engineers know what issue you’re experiencing, and they’ll be happy to assist.

Elaine, a former software engineer, attended the session to learn how technology could help her manage some of the challenges associated with early onset Alzheimer’s.

She found the session helpful and left with greater confidence in using technology to support her independence.
Roberta is an older iPhone user who finds technology challenging and benefits from step by step guidance.

She found the support helpful and felt more confident using her device, with written notes provided to help reinforce the processes covered.

Derek received support adding a website shortcut to their iPad home screen for easier access.

The assistance was well received, and the session helped make navigating to the website quicker and more convenient.

Maggie attended the session with her Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra.

We helped her delete a text message, leave a WhatsApp group, and increase the font size to make messages and the keyboard easier to read. In addition, we demonstrated how her Ray-Ban glasses can read printed documents, such as newspapers, aloud.

Our Tech Champions Deizel and Khayear helped this client wipe his phone so he could gift it to his brother.

They also assisted with clearing up his Gmail inbox by unsubscribing him from unwanted newsletters and demonstrating how to star emails as important for quick access.

Alexandra had malware on her Google Pixel 4 that she needed assistance to clear up.

“My phone has improved 100%, I’m just so thankful that the horrible mess on my phone was able to clean up very quickly by an expert. What looks like a horror story, you got somebody that knows things and just fixes it which is wonderful.”

More sessions than ever in 2026

Tech, Tea, and Biscuits is now averaging 145 sessions per month!

We have reached 135 sessions so far in June and are well on our way to achieving another fantastic milestone. With the continued support of everyone involved, we are looking forward to building on this momentum over the coming weeks.

Onward and upward!

Special Thanks

A big thank you goes out to all those with us on this journey: our delivery partners, the young people on the 21CS Project who support and take part in the sessions, and of course everyone who has joined us along the way. We could not do this without you!

And a big thanks to Cripplegate Foundation for their continued support of the Tech, Tea, and Biscuits project!
